Return & Refund Policy

At LaptopWale, we strive to deliver quality-tested laptops and accessories. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be in original condition, without any physical damage, scratches, or tampering.
  • All original accessories, packaging, invoice, and tags must be included.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective or not working properly
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Note: Minor signs of usage in refurbished/second-hand laptops are normal and not considered defects.

    • Refunds will be processed after product inspection
    • If approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

    In case of defective products, we may offer a *replacement instead of a refund*, subject to stock availability.

    Returns will NOT be accepted if:

    • Product is physically damaged after delivery
    • Product has been opened, repaired, or modified by a third party
    • Return request is raised after the allowed time frame

  • Most products come with a limited warranty (as mentioned on product page or invoice).
  • Warranty claims will be handled as per the specific product warranty terms.
